Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

• In person at our restaurant

• Through our delivery partners (Wolt, e-Food)

Payment

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments through our delivery partners. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery Services

Delivery services are provided through third-party platforms. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Order volume
• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Distance from our location

Delivery terms and conditions of our partner platforms (Wolt, e-Food) also apply to delivery orders.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order was not delivered
• Incorrect items were delivered
• Food quality issues (must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/pickup)

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order. We reserve the right to verify all refund claims.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens. Our kitchen handles various ingredients including:

Our standard operating hours are:

• Wednesday - Sunday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Monday: Closed
